Updated Terms & Conditions for RecipeKick Adventures as of June 13, 2025

  1. Cancellation and Transfer Policy Due to the intimate nature of our retreats and advance commitments to partners, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, bookings are transferable; you may designate another individual to attend in your place. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

  2. Liability Waiver Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the retreat. Okay, Perfect & RecipeKick are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the retreat. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety.

  3. Code of Conduct and Right to Dismiss We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates our community standards, without refund. This ensures a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

  4. Inclusivity Commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Our team includes queer, trans, and BIPOC individuals, and we expect our guests to be not only accepting, but celebratory of all humans.

  5. Age Policy Participants must be 16 years or older. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you are considering travel with a minor.

  6. Itinerary Adjustments We reserve the right to modify the retreat itinerary, including activities and instructors, due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

  7. Flexibility Notice Our itineraries are designed to provide a rich experience; however, adjustments may occur due to local conditions or unexpected events. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

  8. Travel Insurance Recommendation We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen items. For a quote, please visit Faye Whole Travel Insurance or a provider of your choice.

  9. Force Majeure We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform, or delays in performing, any part of our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or civil unrest.

  10. No Credit Card Disputes By booking with RecipeKick, you agree not to initiate any credit card chargebacks or disputes. All concerns or issues must be brought to us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. Unauthorized disputes will be considered a breach of this agreement.

  11. Definitions "Participant" refers to any individual who books or attends a RecipeKick Adventure retreat. "Retreat" or "experience" refers to the multi-day culinary travel program facilitated by RecipeKick and its partners.

  12. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of RecipeKick's principal office location.
